Welcome to Four By Far. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing or using our aftermarket automotive products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Company" refers to Four By Far, its affiliates, employees, and representatives.

1.2 "Customer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing products or using services from the Company.

1.3 "Products" refers to the aftermarket automotive parts and accessories sold by the Company.

2. Use of Products

2.1 The Customer acknowledges that the Products are aftermarket components and are not manufactured or endorsed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

2.2 Products are intended for use as described in their documentation. Any modifications or unintended usage voids any warranty and may pose safety risks.

2.3 The Customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility and compliance with local laws and regulations.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order.

3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.3 Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3.4 Taxes, duties, and shipping fees (unless otherwise specified) are the responsibility of the Customer.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of Products but does not guarantee delivery dates.

4.2 The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Company is not liable for delays or additional costs due to incorrect information.

4.3 Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

5.2 Custom or special-order Products are non-returnable unless defective.

5.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Products and are subject to inspection.

5.4 Shipping costs for returns are the Customer's responsibility unless the return is due to the Company's error.

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 The Company provides a full and/or limited warranty for certain Products as described in the warranty section. This warranty is non-transferable.

6.2 The Company is not liable for damages arising from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.

6.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Company’s website or materials are the property of the Company or its licensors.

7.2 Unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

 

9. Amendments

9.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Company’s website.

9.2 Continued use of the Company’s services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

WARRANTY

Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy
Four By Far proudly offers a limited lifetime warranty on all products manufactured by Four By Far. This warranty is extended exclusively to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase to validate any warranty claims. It guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product. Please note that this warranty applies exclusively to products manufactured by Four By Far and does not cover third-party products or components. To qualify for the warranty, all products must be installed correctly in accordance with the provided installation manuals. Any modifications, alterations, or improper use of Four By Far products may void this warranty. Four By Far retains sole discretion to determine warranty eligibility, including the assessment of whether a product defect falls under the terms of this policy. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.

Limited Rust Warranty
Four By Far takes pride in using high-quality materials and finishes, including aluminum and stainless steel components, as well as advanced surface treatments like anodizing and powder coating, to minimize rust and corrosion. We offer a limited warranty covering rust for a period of two months from the date of purchase, specifically addressing defects in materials or surface finishes. This warranty does not cover rust resulting from modifications, damage, or improper use of the product. To qualify for this warranty, the product must remain in its original condition and be used as intended. Four By Far retains sole discretion to determine whether rust or corrosion qualifies as a defect under this limited warranty.

Warranty Exclusions and Voided Warranty
The warranty provided by Four By Far is voided if any modifications are made to the product, whether for personal customization, fitment adjustments, or the installation of additional aftermarket products not authorized by Four By Far. The warranty is also voided if the product is damaged due to overloading, vehicular accidents, misuse, improper use, or negligent handling. Additionally, standard wear and tear of a product over time is not covered under this warranty. Four By Far reserves the full authority to evaluate all warranty claims and determine their validity. This includes assessing whether the product has been used within the intended scope and whether any damage or defects fall under the terms of the warranty. Products deemed ineligible for warranty coverage will not qualify for return or replacement under this policy.

Third-Party Product Warranty
Four By Far facilitates the sale of third-party products as a convenience to our customers but does not manufacture, endorse, or warrant these products. Four By Far offers no warranty on any third-party products sold through our platform. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the warranty terms provided by the original manufacturer. Any warranty claims, service requests, or issues related to third-party products must be submitted directly to the original manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policies. Four By Far assumes no responsibility or liability for defects, damages, or issues arising from third-party products.
